The Skip Delivery feature gives you the ability to skip a delivery and re-try it later in the route, for multi-drop routes for a dedicated delivery partner.
Follow the procedure below to re-try a delivery that you previously skipped.
- Open the Delivery Details screen. This screen shows you how many trips are completed, how many attempted and how many ongoing.
- Click on the Skipped Deliveries button. The details of the skipped delivery will be displayed, including the drop-off address, the contact’s information and any notes.
- Click the Attempt Delivery Now button.
The delivery will appear on your screen.
