The Skip Delivery feature gives you the ability to skip a delivery and re-try it later in the route, for multi-drop routes for a dedicated delivery partner.
Tip: There are no other steps required to configure the feature. The Skip Delivery icon appears on the Go to Drop Off screen whenever a multi-drop route is defined.
Follow the procedure below to initiate a skipped delivery.
- On the Go to Drop Off screen, select the Skip Delivery icon .
A new screen will open with the following message: Are you sure you want to skip this delivery?
- Click the Skip Delivery button to skip the delivery.
The delivery will be removed from your route.
Note: When you are ready to try to retry the skipped delivery, go to the Delivery Details screen.
