There may be times when you can’t successfully deliver a package, despite all efforts. Perhaps the recipient is unavailable to sign for the package or they are not there to buzz you in to the building, or bad weather prevents you from leaving it exposed to the elements.
Now the Driver App allows you to indicate that the attempted delivery is incomplete and scan the package back into the system when you return to the pick-up location.
Follow the procedure below to mark a delivery as attempted but undelivered.
- On the Drop-Off Details page, tap the Can’t complete drop link. A list of reasons will appear.
- Select the reason from the list.
- When you return to the pick-up point, scan the package back into the system.
