After a driver has completed your delivery, you have the option to provide feedback and a rating of the service you received.
- (Optional) To manually access the driver feedback window, do one of the following:
- In the GoFor User Portal, after logging in, go to Tracking, then click the Previous Deliveries tab. Locate the delivery that you want to provide feedback for, then click Rate the Experience.
- In the GoFor User app, open the menu (), then tap History. Locate the delivery that you want to provide feedback for, then tap Rate the Experience.
- In the feedback window, select a star to assign a rating to the delivery driver listed, out of 5 stars.
The star or stars will change to yellow, to indicate your selected rating.
- (Optional) After selecting a rating, select one or more of the available reasons in the feedback window for your rating.
- (Optional) In the Tell us more about our service field, enter any additional comments or feedback you have regarding your experience with GoFor.
- To submit your feedback, select Submit.
Tip: If you want to skip providing driver feedback until later, click Not Now. If you have already entered a driver rating or feedback on your experience, you will be asked to confirm if you want to cancel your feedback.
