To start a delivery through the GoFor Marketplace, you must first submit a delivery request and enter pick-up and drop-off details.
Procedure

- After logging in, on the Home page, click Request Delivery, or go to Request Delivery.
- Under Pick Up Details, in the Street Address field, enter the address where your item or items should be picked up by a driver. When the dropdown appears, select the correct full address.
Tip: To automatically fill your delivery request form using the company and personal information that you've already added to your profile, select the Use my Profile Details check box.
- (Optional) If necessary, in the Unit/Apt field, enter the unit number or apartment number for the pick-up address.
- In the Contact Person field, enter the name of the contact person at the pick-up address.
- In the Contact Phone Number field, enter a phone number for the contact person at the pick-up address, in the format

. - In the What Are We Picking Up? field, enter a brief description of the item or items that you want to have picked up for your delivery, including their approximate value, for insurance purposes.
- Under Drop Off Details, in the Street Address field, enter the address where your item or items should be delivered by the driver. When the dropdown appears, select the correct full address.
- (Optional) If necessary, in the Unit/Apt field, enter the unit number or apartment number for the pick-up address.
- In the Contact Person field, enter the name of the contact person at the drop-off address.
- In the Contact Number field, enter a phone number for the contact person at the drop-off address, in the format

. - In the Order Number and Project/PO fields, enter an order number and project name, number, or PO number.
- (Optional) In the Special Instructions for Driver field, enter any special delivery instructions for the delivery driver.
- (Optional) If you need to add multiple dropoff points to your delivery, select Add Another Delivery, then repeat Step 3 for the new dropoff.
- Under Service Level, select the type of service required for your delivery:
Tip: If you need to delete a dropoff from your delivery request, select Delete next to the dropoff. To confirm the deletion, select Yes.
- Express: Your delivery request will be completed within the next three hours.
- Same Day: Your delivery request will be completed before the end of business hours on the day that you create your request.
- Scheduled Delivery: Your delivery request will be completed within a three-hour window after your selected pick-up time. To select a pick-up time:
- Select Pickup Date/Time, then select the calendar date when you want the delivery to be completed.
- Select the hour that you want the delivery to be completed, in either AM or PM.
- Select whether the delivery should be picked up on the hour for your selected time, or at half-an-hour past. For example, you can select whether a delivery should be picked up at 11:00 AM, or 11:30 AM.

- Under Truck Required, select the appropriate vehicle for your delivery. For more information on vehicles, see Delivery vehicle classes reference.

- Click Place Delivery Order. To confirm your delivery request, click Confirm.

- Open the app, then tap Request Delivery.
- Under Pick Up Details, in the Street Address field, enter the address where your item or items should be picked up by a driver. When the dropdown appears, select the correct full address.
- (Optional) If necessary, in the Pickup Unit Number field, enter the unit number or apartment number for the pick-up address.
- In the Contact Person field, enter the name of the contact person at the pick-up address.
- In the Contact Phone Number field, enter a phone number for the contact person at the pick-up address, in the format

. - In the What do you want us to Pick-Up? Describe field, enter a brief description of the item or items that you want to have picked up for your delivery, including their approximate value, for insurance purposes.
- Under Drop Off Details, in the Street Address field, enter the address where your item or items should be delivered by the driver. When the dropdown appears, select the correct full address.
- (Optional) If necessary, in the Drop Off Unit Number field, enter the unit number or apartment number for the pick-up address.
- In the Contact Person field, enter the name of the contact person at the drop-off address.
- In the Contact Phone Number field, enter a phone number for the contact person at the drop-off address, in the format

. - In the Order Number and Project/Po Number fields, enter an order number and project name, number, or PO number.
- (Optional) In the Any notes for Driver? field, enter any special delivery instructions for the delivery driver.
- In the Which vehicle do you need? list, select the appropriate vehicle for your delivery. For more information on vehicles, see Delivery vehicle classes reference.
- Tap Place Delivery Order. To confirm your delivery request, tap Confirm.
Next Steps
You will be able to see a summary of your delivery details, including your order number. Express and Same Day deliveries will initially have a status of Ordered. If you created a Scheduled delivery, your delivery will have a status of Scheduled.
