After creating a delivery request in the GoFor system, you still have the option to edit information for your delivery, or cancel the delivery entirely.
Note: Currently, you can only cancel delivery requests from the GoFor User app. To edit a delivery request, you will need to access the GoFor User Portal. Delivery requests can only be edited or canceled while their status is listed as Ordered, Pending, or Scheduled.
Procedure

- After logging in, go to Tracking.
- Locate your desired delivery in the Active tab of the Delivery Tracking table, then click to select it.
- Do one of the following:
Tip: If you don't immediately see your delivery request on the Tracking page, you can change the display month by clicking the dropdown, or perform a search by entering any of the information you know about your delivery in the Search field.
- To edit your pick-up Service Level, Street Address, Contact Person, or Contact Number, next to Pick Up Details, click Edit. Enter your changes, then click Save.
- To edit your delivery Order Number, Project/PO information, Street Address, Contact Person, Contact Number, or Notes for Driver, next to Delivery Details, click Edit. Enter your changes, then click Save.
- To edit your desired vehicle or Order Description, next to Truck Required, click Edit. Enter your changes, then click Save.
Note: Changing your delivery address or requested vehicle will change the cost of your delivery.

- After logging in, go to Tracking.
- Locate your desired delivery in the Active tab of the Delivery Tracking table.
- Click Cancel.
- To confirm your cancellation, click Yes.
Tip: If you don't immediately see your delivery request on the Tracking page, you can change the display month by clicking the dropdown, or perform a search by entering any of the information you know about your delivery in the Search field.

- After opening the app, open the menu ().
- Tap Active Deliveries.
- Locate your desired delivery in the list, then tap Track Delivery.
- Tap Cancel Delivery.

If you've edited your delivery request, you can verify the information and view tracking updates for your delivery on the same page.
