As a delivery request moves through the gofor system on its way to its destination, it will also move through a variety of statuses. The statuses that you will see on the Home page, the Tracking page, and the tracking details page for an individual delivery request.

The delivery request has been successfully entered into the gofor platform. It has not yet been accepted for delivery by a driver. |

The delivery request has been successfully entered into the gofor platform and accepted by a driver for delivery. The driver has not yet arrived at the pick-up location. |

At Pickup |
The driver is at the pick-up location for the delivery. |

In Transit / Ongoing |
The driver is either en route to or at the drop-off location. The delivery has not yet been completed, and this status will remain until the driver uploads a picture and ends their trip. |

Completed / Delivered |
The driver has successfully delivered the order and completed the delivery request. You can view a photo of the delivery, a map of the route taken by the driver, and download a delivery summary. UserCancelled |
The delivery request was canceled by a user before the delivery was accepted by a driver. For more information on canceling orders, see Edit or cancel an existing delivery request. |
