It is recommended that you change your password periodically for security purposes. You can change your password from the gofor user portal after logging in. If you forget your password at any point, you can reset it from the log-in screen.
Procedure
To change your password:
- After logging in to the gofor User Portal, select your name at the top-right of the screen. Then, click Change Password.
- In the Current Password field, enter your current log-in password.
- In the New Password field, enter your new password. Ensure your password contains a minimum of 8 characters, including at least 1 uppercase character, 1 lowercase character, and at least 1 number from 0-9 or a symbol, such as $, @, or #.
Note: Your new password cannot be the same as any of the last 3 passwords you set for your account.
- In the Confirm New Password field, enter your new password again.
- To confirm your password change, click Confirm, or tap Save.
To reset your password:
- On the log-in page, select Forgot Password?
- In the Email field, enter the email address you used to create your User account.
- Click Reset My Password, or tap Send.
The system will send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. - After selecting the link in the email, in the New Password field, enter your new password. Ensure your password contains a minimum of 8 characters, including at least 1 uppercase character, 1 lowercase character, and at least 1 number from 0-9 or a symbol, such as $, @, or #.
Note: Your new password cannot be the same as any of the last 3 passwords you set for your account.
- In the Confirm Password field, enter your new password again.
- Select Reset Password.
