To deliver a standard gofor order, use the following procedure.
Procedure
- If you haven't already, open the gofor driver app.
- Do one of the following:
- If you currently have a notification stating that a new delivery is available, tap Accept to accept the new delivery.
- If you have been assigned a new delivery, open the menu (), then go to My Active Deliveries. Locate the assigned delivery you want to accept, and tap Accept.
Tip: You can decline any assigned or available delivery by tapping Decline, instead.
- To start the accepted delivery, on the My Active Deliveries page, tap Go To Pickup.
- To start the navigation to the pick-up location, tap Open Directions. Navigation will open in the app of your choice.
- When you have successfully arrived at the pick-up location, tap I'm Here!
Tip: If you need to contact the given contact person for the pickup at any time, tap and send a message with the app of your choice, or tap and call. You can also present your credentials at any time by tapping .
- Locate the inventory paperwork. Under Inventory Paperwork, tap and take a picture of the paperwork.
If necessary, to delete a picture, tap , or to add an additional photo, tap Add another photo, and tap again. - Under Photograph Goods (Pre Load In), take a picture of the goods you're picking up, before loading them into your vehicle.
If necessary, to delete a picture, tap , or to add an additional photo, tap Add another photo, and tap again. - Tap Begin Load-In. Carefully load and secure the goods into your vehicle, then tap Next.
- Under Loaded and Secured Goods, tap and take a picture of the goods in your vehicle.
If necessary, to delete a picture, tap , or to add an additional photo, tap Add another photo, and tap again. - Tap Head to Drop-Off. To confirm that you're ready to leave your pick-up location, tap Continue. To load more items, tap Load More.
- To start the navigation to the drop-off location, tap Open Direction. Navigation will open in the app of your choice.
- When you have successfully arrived at the drop-off location, tap I'm Here!
Tip: If you need to contact the given contact person for the dropoff at any time, tap and send a message with the app of your choice, or tap and call.
- Unload the goods from your vehicle. Under Unloaded Goods, tap and take a picture of the unloaded goods.
If necessary, to delete a picture, tap , or to add an additional photo, tap Add another photo, and tap again. - Under Site Address, tap and take a picture of the delivery location's address. If possible, include the goods in the photo.
If necessary, to delete a picture, tap , or to add an additional photo, tap Add another photo, and tap again. - Under Signed Paperwork, if applicable, tap and take a picture of the signed delivery materials.
If necessary, to delete a picture, tap , or to add an additional photo, tap Add another photo, and tap again. - Tap Delivery Completed.
Results
You will see a confirmation of your payment for the delivery, and return to the My Active Deliveries page.
