Procedure
- Log in to your User account on the GoFor User Portal, or open the GoFor User app.
- Select the appropriate steps from the options below:

- Do one of the following:
- On the Home page, in the Delivery History table, click the entry for the order you want to track.
- Go to Tracking. To view tracking for your currently active deliveries, click Active. To view tracking for past deliveries, click Previous Deliveries. Then, click the entry for the order you want to track.
Tip: If you don't immediately see your delivery request in either the Delivery History table or on the Tracking page, you can change the display month by clicking the dropdown, or perform a search based on any of the information you know about the delivery, by entering that information in the Search field.
Results
All of the pick-up and drop-off information you entered for your order will appear. If your order has changed to Accepted, At Pickup, or In Transit, you will see a map that will display all drop-off locations, your pick-up location, and your delivery driver's current location.
An estimated arrival time (ETA) for the delivery driver at the next location or locations will display above the map, depending on your delivery request.

- Open the menu () and select Active Deliveries.
- Locate the delivery you want to track in the list, and select Track Delivery.
- (Optional) To call your driver, tap . To confirm the call, tap Call.
- (Optional) To view details about your vehicle and driver, tap .
Results
The pick-up and drop-off information you entered for your order will appear. If your order has changed to Accepted, At Pickup, or In Transit, you will see a map that will display all drop-off locations, your pick-up location, and your delivery driver's current location.
