Delivery summaries are provided as a confirmation of delivery. Every customer will receive a delivery summary after a delivery is completed.
Customers who have opted to use Individual Invoicing for their billing method can use delivery summaries instead of invoices for payment. For more information on billing, see Add payment information to your User account.
Delivery summaries include the following information:
- An invoice number
- A purchase order (PO) or order number for customer reference
- A breakdown of charges
- An HST number and remittance information
All delivery summaries can be viewed through the Delivery History table on the Home page, or on the Previous Deliveries tab on the Tracking page. For more information, see Access delivery summaries for previously completed deliveries.
