Change or reset your password

It is recommended that you change your password periodically for security purposes. You can change your password from the gofor driver app, after logging in. If you forget your password at any point, you can reset it from the log-in screen.

Procedure

To change your password:

1. Open the gofor driver app. If you haven't already logged in to your account, log in.
2. Tap the menu (), then tap Settings.
3. Tap Change Password.
4. In the Current Password field, enter your current log-in password.
5. In the New Password field, enter your new password. Ensure your password contains a minimum of 8 characters, including at least 1 uppercase character, 1 lowercase character, and at least 1 number from 0-9 or a symbol, such as $, @, or #.

6. In the Retype Password field, enter your new password again.
7. Tap Save.

To reset your password:

1. Open the gofor driver app.
2. On the log-in page, tap Forgot Password?.
3. In the Email field, enter the email address you used to create your User account.
4. Tap Send.
   The system will send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
5. After selecting the link in the email, in the New Password field, enter your new password. Ensure your password contains a minimum of 8 characters, including at least 1 uppercase character, 1 lowercase character, and at least 1 number from 0-9 or a symbol, such as $, @, or #.

6. In the Confirm Password field, enter your new password again.
7. Tap Reset Password.
