Standardization of phone number format across the gofor platform
The format for phone numbers across the gofor platform has been standardized to follow the E.164 International Format. All phone numbers in the gofor user portal will now be displayed and must be entered in the format +1 555 555-5555.
Return undelivered packages from a dedicated delivery partner
Previously, there was no way to return any undelivered packages from a route for a dedicated delivery partner through the gofor driver app. Now, if a driver encounters an issue with completing a delivery while on a route for a dedicated delivery partner, they will be able to return deliveries at the end of their route to a dedicated partner's terminal location, by scanning their undelivered packages through the gofor driver app.
In case of an emergency, drivers will also be able to return all of their packages to a dedicated delivery partner's terminal at any point during their route.
With this feature, drivers will also now be able to view the status of all packages in their route by tapping the Details button in the upper-right corner of the gofor driver app when the map is displayed.
